2022 brings new features at Winkle

We are expanding our range of PETG colours, adding the new Ash Grey to the most common colours such as Glacier White, Jet Black and Transparent, without forgetting the “Krystal Collection” with the vibrant colours: Amber, Aquamarine, Pinkish and Lime.
Winkle’s Ash Grey PETG stands out for its temperature resistance and mechanical properties (hardness, flexibility, impact resistance).
Easy to print and with an excellent finish. Temperature resistant and with very good mechanical properties.
The colour remains uniform and the finish is a little shiny and professional.

Our PETG filament (1.75mm or 2.85mm) is a filament manufactured in Spain for 3D printers with FFF/FDM technology. PETG is polyethylene terephthalate, with a modifier (Glycol-modified) that makes a change in the chemical structure that makes it more transparent, less fragile and easy to print.

PETG filament qualities

Our PETG is better than ABS because it is more resistant and easier to print, with the peculiarity of melting at a higher temperature. Compared to PLA, it is more resistant in temperature and physical properties, making its printing more complex.
PETG is characterized by having very good mechanical properties. It has more elasticity, is more resistant to impacts, has more adhesion between layers and is more resistant to temperature compared to PLA.
Unique characteristics of PETG:

  • Made in Spain with FFF/FDM technology.
  • Stronger and easier to print than ABS.
  • More resistant in temperature and physical properties than PLA.
  • Excellent mechanical properties.
  • More elasticity.
  • Better impact resistance.
  • Good adhesion between layers.

To print with this Winkle PETG filament, a nozzle temperature of between 240-260 ºC and a bed temperature of 70-100 ºC is recommended. It is important to follow these recommendations to get the best results when printing 3D. Get Winkle PETG filament and start creating amazing projects!

Winkle Guarantee

Thanks to our exhaustive quality control, at Winkle we guarantee a constant diameter throughout the winding, something that will make your prints of much higher quality, avoiding jams in your machine. Likewise, our process guarantees the absence of chemical impurities that can modify the physical/chemical/aesthetic properties of our product.
In order to preserve the properties of our product, they are sent packaged in a sealed bag to protect it from humidity and UV rays. This makes PETG a perfect and affordable material for your projects that require a leap in quality compared to conventional PLA.

➡︎This new reusable bag format not only minimizes waste and promotes the circular economy, but also contributes to achieving the sustainable goals to which the brand is committed. The new bag is:

  • Lightweight.
  • Functional.
  • Hermetic.
  • With Zip Closure.
  • Heat-sealed.
