These Conditions regulate the legal relationship arising from the contracting processes formalized by customers through the website https://winkle.shop/ (hereinafter the âwebsiteâ or âwinkle.shopâ), through the site, through our sales representatives by telephone, or via WhatsApp.
These general conditions of sale shall govern the purchase of any product indicated on our website.
The offer of products on the website is aimed at companies/professionals or private individuals.
Definition of consumer (Article 3.1 of Law 4/2022, of February 25):
For the purposes of this law, and without prejudice to the provisions expressly set out in its third and fourth books, consumers or users are natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
Legal persons and entities without legal personality acting on a non-profit basis in a field unrelated to a commercial or business activity are also considered consumers for the purposes of this regulation.
In all other cases, the party is considered a professional or company.
Each purchase transaction is governed by the provisions of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and any other applicable regulations, as well as these conditions of sale, published under the Conditions of Sale link on the Website. Unless otherwise stated, the Customer may carry out the purchase transaction in the same language in which these conditions of sale are written.

2. Acceptance of the purchase conditions
The validity period of the offer and the price of the Products shall correspond to the time during which they remain published on the Website, so the company reserves the right to modify these conditions of sale.
By submitting the order, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to comply with these conditions of sale.
Customers expressly and without reservation accept these conditions of sale, in the version published by WINKLE at the time the customer places the order. Therefore, the Customer undertakes to carefully read the conditions of sale each time they purchase a product, as they may have been modified since the last time the Customer accessed them.
By means of this acceptance, the Customer confirms that:
- They have legal capacity to contract (purchases/payments by persons under 18 years of age are not permitted)
- They have read and accept the general contracting conditions
The prices and rates applicable to the Customerâs purchase of the products shall be those appearing on the Website at the time the Customer accesses the specific service and begins the purchase process.
WINKLE reserves the right to modify the prices of the products published on the Website whenever deemed appropriate, making such changes visible on the Website. All materials included on the Website (including, but not limited to, all images, texts, trademarks, logos, or other distinctive signs) belong to WINKLE and are protected as works subject to intellectual or industrial property rights.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of any of our obligations under a Contract if caused by events beyond our reasonable control (âForce Majeure Eventâ). Force Majeure Events shall include any act, event, non-performance, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control.

3. Placing orders
All orders are subject to our acceptance. Within 48 hours of placing the order, we will send an order confirmation by email (hereinafter âOrder Confirmationâ), provided that the Customer has supplied their email address in the personal data form. The Order Confirmation shall include confirmation of the Customerâs prior express consent and information about the loss of the right of withdrawal, where applicable.
In the exceptional circumstance that we are unable to send one of the products in your order, we will notify you by email, WhatsApp, or telephone call. If no substitute is available, we will deduct the product from your order, proceed with the shipment, and refund the price of the unsent product.
The period for canceling or modifying an order ends when the order status changes to âShipped.â From that moment, the order will have been transferred to the carrier for delivery, and the purchase will have become a sales contract binding on both parties, the user as recipient of the goods and the Website as seller, subject to the shipping and service conditions set out in these terms of use.
- Order extension. Items may be added to an order provided it has not yet been shipped. The customer shall pay the amount resulting from the modification.
- Removal of items. Items may be removed from an order provided it has not yet been shipped.
Order modifications may result in a change in the total amount, which may be subject to an additional shipping charge if the stipulated minimum is not reached, as well as removal of such charge if the total amount is equal to or above the minimum indicated on the website.
In the contracting process, the User accepts the total price when pressing the âPayâ button. In the case of telephone orders, the User accepts the price when confirming the order with the corresponding sales representative.
Product prices may vary, but such variations shall not affect orders for which the Order Confirmation has already been sent.
WINKLE reserves the right to charge for the order from the moment of the Order Confirmation.
The sale prices of the Products indicated on the Website are shown including taxes. Winkle supplies both domestic and international territories; for territories other than the domestic one, please consult the full order price.

4. Payments
You may choose from several payment methods:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard): At the end of your order, you will be redirected to the Redsys payment platform, which will receive your confidential data directly in encrypted form.
- PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you may pay immediately by simply entering your email address and password. The transaction is carried out through PayPalâs encrypted payment platform.
- Bizum: A simple and fast method. By selecting this option, you will receive instructions to complete payment instantly and securely.

5. Product delivery
WINKLE delivers products domestically and internationally.
WINKLE guarantees delivery of your order within the indicated time, depending on the geographical area or the service selected, provided that the products are in stock. Shipping costs vary depending on the chosen transport service and destination location and can be checked at all times during the purchase process on the website and, in any case, by contacting our sales representatives.
Orders registered on the website on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays shall be deemed registered on the next working day.
If the Products are not in stock, this circumstance will be shown on the Website and the Customer will not be able to place the order until the Products are back in stock and available for shipment.
If a purchase has been made for an out-of-stock product, WINKLE will notify the customer as soon as possible, offering the option of a refund or modification of the order.
We also reserve the right to cancel in the following cases:
- If we do not ship to your geographical area.
- If the product is not available, there has been a typographical error, or there is no stock.
- If any type of fraud is detected in the purchase.
- If the information provided is incorrect or insufficient for shipment.
- If the order does not have âshippedâ status, meaning it has not yet left our facilities and has been canceled by the customer or there has been a payment incident.
Delivery times and corresponding costs will depend on Product availability, shipping methods, geographical area, and the chosen courier company.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer from the moment delivery is made to the customerâs address. WINKLE shall under no circumstances be responsible for damage caused by misuse of the goods.
WINKLE reserves ownership of the sold product until full payment of the product price has been made.

Transport agencies have predefined routes and we cannot control the exact time at which your order will be delivered.
We remind you of the legal obligation of the recipient (Articles 25 and following of Law 15/2009, of November 11, on the contract for the carriage of goods by land) to inspect the goods at the time of delivery, and in the event of visible defects never to sign the goods as accepted, but instead to make an immediate claim to the carrier by written note on the carrierâs delivery note (keep a copy).
In the case of hidden damage inside the package, the claim must be made within no more than 48 hours by contacting WINKLE (claims made after that period shall not be valid). If the goods have been damaged during transport to the point of being unusable, the recipient is not obliged to accept them and, in any case, must inform WINKLE immediately.

6. Refused product
If, for reasons not attributable to WINKLE or the transport agency, the order is refused by the customer, WINKLE reserves the right to claim from the customer the shipping costs corresponding to standard delivery. Payment of such costs will be made either by charging the credit card used for the purchase or by any other means agreed with the customer.

7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the day the package was delivered to the buyer to return the purchased products. You do not need to provide any reason. To do so, the following requirements must be met:
Send notice of withdrawal to WINKLE by email or by telephone, always within 14 days of receipt and by completing the link provided for this purpose.
Return the products in the condition in which you received them, with no signs of use or damaged packaging; otherwise, they will be subject to depreciation when assessing the refund. (If you receive the package damaged, DO NOT accept it or file a transport claim, write refusal on the delivery note and keep it for your claim; likewise, notify Winkle immediately and do not discard the packaging until 14 days have passed.)
IMPORTANT: The products are packaged in a sealed protective doypack/bag, which must remain intact in order to proceed with the return.
Withdrawal is not accepted for personalized products or products expressly manufactured to order.
Once the package has been received at our facilities, always enclosing the corresponding invoice and delivery note, we will verify that all products meet the above conditions, after which a refund will be made within no more than 14 working days using the same payment method originally used.
If another collection method or refund method is requested, the refund may vary.

8. Warranties and defective products
8.1. Advice and uses for filament
This section contains a series of tips and uses that will help you produce high-quality prints, from small parts to large-scale pieces:
- When the 3D printer is not printing, the extruder should not remain for too long (5 minutes or more) at extrusion temperature (190â220) ÂșC with the material inside. Otherwise, the material would lose its plastic properties, resulting in unsatisfactory printing results. In addition, prolonged periods at that temperature with the 3D printer stopped may cause the extruder to clog.
- The 3D printer used to print PLA filament does not require a heated bed, since this material, once melted at its temperature, is in a more liquid state than other materials. This implies less shrinkage between layers and, therefore, it does not require additional heat input to achieve good interlayer adhesion.
- If the 3D printer has a heated bed, it is advisable for the bed to be set at low temperatures (30â50) ÂșC, or at most 70 ÂșC for larger parts.
- The print bed area must contain a surface on which the printed part can be printed and removed without difficulty and without damaging the bed.
8.2. Expiry and storage of filament
Like any other 3D filament, PLA has an approximate useful life of 1 year once removed from its vacuum packaging. Below are some tips to keep 3D filament in good condition and extend its useful life:
- The first and most advisable option is to vacuum-pack the filament again using any vacuum sealer. If a silica gel packet is added, it will help preserve it even better by extracting any moisture.
- Another method is to store it in an enclosed environment (box, storage room, etc.) where humidity does not significantly affect it. For greater safety, it should also be accompanied by a silica gel packet or any other moisture-absorbing substance.
All products marketed by WINKLE comply with the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16; and Law 4/2022 of February 25 on the protection of consumers and users. For all matters not provided for in said regulations, the specific provisions of the Spanish Civil Code applicable to such matters shall apply.
As a general rule, the warranty is 3 years for private consumers and 6 months for professionals and companies that incorporate the products into a production process, that is, business or professional activities.
The warranty covers all products against possible manufacturing defects. It does not cover breakage and damage caused by mistreatment or misuse; WINKLE reserves the right to verify misuse or incorrect handling.
If you discover any defect during the warranty period of a product, you must notify WINKLE in writing as soon as possible (maximum two weeks from the appearance of the problem) and preferably before the first six months of use from receipt of the order have elapsed. You must provide the invoice, reference and name of the affected item, and a detailed description of the problem; if you wish, you may add photographs to help describe it.
However, warranty periods may vary depending on the type of item, manufacturers, and promotions existing at the time of purchase. Please consult the conditions applicable to the item of interest before making the purchase. If you have any questions, you may send an email to WINKLE and we will clarify all your questions.
When an item is within the warranty period and a defect arises, the customer may choose between repair or replacement.
If the product is non-conforming, WINKLEâs customer service team will request a series of data from the consumer or user. Once reviewed, the procedure may consist of collecting the non-conforming product and sending a replacement, always after the decision of the customer service department.
Termination shall not proceed when the lack of conformity is of minor importance.
The invoice and delivery note must always be presented in order to exercise the warranty on the products.

8.3. For returns of products without any fault
The customer must notify WINKLE of such return and subsequently send the complete product with all its accessories, in perfect condition for use and in its original packaging, enclosing a copy of the invoice or delivery note. The shipping cost will be agreed with the quality department, depending on the assessment of the reason.

9. After-sales service, information and complaints
For any clarification, claim, complaint, or information regarding after-sales service, the Customer may contact WINKLE Customer Service: by phone at +34 670378829 or by email at info@winkle.shop, or by sending written communication to WINKLEâs address indicated in clause one of these conditions of sale, for the attention of the companyâs Quality Department.

- The customer shall send an email to info@winkle.shop with the invoice sent to their email or with their order number, or contact us by phone at: 670 378 829. Or they shall contact their corresponding sales representative in the case of telephone sales.
- It is important to indicate the reason for the return.
- Within no more than 48 hours, our team will contact the customer to continue the process. The shipping costs of the products being returned shall be borne by the customer (unless the return is due to receipt of a damaged product, or the delivery of an incorrect product, in which cases WINKLE shall bear the return costs). The customer may send the products by their own means or request WINKLE to arrange the return transport. In that case, the customer will be informed of the transport cost, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Preparing the shipment:
The customer shall keep the complete product, preferably in the box/bag in which the order was received (if sending the product on their own, they must identify the order number and their name on an external label). Orders with stickers or writing on the product itself shall not be accepted.
Sending the package:
- The shipping costs of the products being returned shall be borne by the customer (unless the return is due to receipt of a damaged product, or the delivery of an incorrect product, in which cases WINKLE shall bear the return costs).
- The customer may send the products by their own means or request WINKLE to arrange the return transport. In that case, the customer will be informed of the transport cost, which will be deducted from the final refund amount, or added to the shipping cost of the new product.
- When we receive the product or products in our warehouse and verify that they meet the return conditions, the price of the goods will be refunded within 14 calendar days following receipt of the goods, using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase (if payment was made by bank transfer, we will request the customerâs bank details in order to process the refund).
- After reviewing the returned products, WINKLE reserves the right to reject the return if the above conditions are not met.
- If the customer benefited from a free shipping promotion for orders through the website, and provided the return is not due to causes attributable to WINKLE, the value of the original order shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
- As proof of the refund, we will issue the corresponding corrective invoice with your details and the indication of the refunded item and the reference to the corresponding order.
- Amounts paid for customs clearance or tariff costs will not be refunded. These charges are imposed by the corresponding Administration and do not depend on WINKLE.
- If you wish to exchange a purchased item for a different item available in the WINKLE catalog, you must return the item in question and place a new order for the new desired product, these being two independent processes.
- If the customer refuses to pay the amount required by the transport company in relation to customs/tariff costs in order to receive the order, the cost of returning the order to our facilities shall be borne by the customer, and that amount shall be deducted from the refund for the goods. If the value of the goods in the order is not sufficient to cover those charges, WINKLE will carry out the corresponding collection procedure for the remaining amount.
- The carrier will go to the address to which the shipment was made unless otherwise indicated, or if the customer decides to send it on their own, we will wait for its arrival with the identification indicated in the previous paragraph.
- If the customer does not return the original product subject to replacement within 30 days, WINKLE reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement product using the same payment method the customer used to confirm the order.
- If you have mistakenly sent the wrong product to WINKLE, please contact customer service as soon as possible (+34 670 378 829), since WINKLE is under no obligation to keep or store incorrect or mistaken returns. WINKLE cannot guarantee that your product will be returned, and no compensation will be granted for products not received.

10. Secure purchase
Do not share your personal information: WINKLE will never send you an email or call you by phone asking you to reveal or verify your WINKLE.SHOP account password, your bank account or credit card numbers, or any other personal information. If someone contacts you or you receive an unsolicited email asking for any of the above information, do not respond and notify WINKLE immediately so that we can investigate the incident.
Identify fake emails (spoofing or phishing attempts): Ignore any email you receive requesting personal information or redirecting you to a page other than WINKLE.SHOP, or asking you to pay outside WINKLE.SHOP, as it may be an identity spoofing or phishing attempt, and you should consider it fraudulent. WINKLE uses the endings .SHOP and .COM. If you receive an email with a different format, you can be sure it is a fake email. Some phishing emails contain links to websites that use the word WINKLE in their URL but will direct you to a completely different website. If you move your mouse over the link, you will be able to see the associated URL, which will probably have a different format from those linked on authentic WINKLE websites. If you still click on a phishing email and are redirected to a page that resembles âYour profileâ or any page asking you to verify or modify your personal information, ignore it and consider it fraudulent.
Protect your password: Passwords are case-sensitive, and it is advisable that they contain at least six characters. If you add numbers or special characters, your password will be more difficult to obtain or guess. If you use a public computer (in libraries, internet cafés, etc.), always remember to log out of WINKLE.SHOP once you have finished.

In accordance with the provisions set out in the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE of our products, sales are directed exclusively at companies, professionals, or private individuals, and therefore you expressly state that in any relationship you maintain with WINKLE, the data you provide will be truthful and will be processed by WINKLE.

12. Arbitration and judicial jurisdiction
The General Conditions of Sale of WINKLE are governed by Spanish law.
Incidents may be resolved through the out-of-court dispute resolution system between consumers/users and companies, CONSUMER ARBITRATION SYSTEM: Law 60/2003 of December 23 on Arbitration and Royal Decree 231/2008 of February 15 regulating the Consumer Arbitration System.
The Consumer Arbitration System is an institutional out-of-court arbitration system, binding and enforceable on both parties, for disputes arising between consumers or users and companies or professionals in relation to rights legally or contractually recognized to the consumer.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, for any dispute arising from the interpretation and/or supplementation of the sale of products, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the province of Salamanca, where WINKLE is located.
