Recycled PETG

Recycled PETG is made from reclaimed and sorted PETG filaments.

It is an excellent sustainable alternative for 3D printing. We select filament scraps and recycle them through a mechanical process to maintain the properties that characterize PETG prints.

We can reduce plastic waste and contribute to the preservation of the environment.

In addition, PETG offers several advantages over other materials, such as ABS and PLA, in terms of ease of use, mechanical strength and resistance to climatic agents.

If you are looking for a more sustainable and durable option for your 3D printing projects, recycled PETG is your ideal choice.

Printing parameters Recycled PETG:

  • Printing temperature: 220ºC – 240ºC
  • Bed temperature: 60ºC – 80ºC
  • Recommended printing speed: 50 – 70 mm/s
  • Closed chamber: not mandatory.

Properties Recycled PETG filament:

  • Strong and durable.
  • Resistant to inclement weather.
  • Easy to print filament.
  • Does not generate warping.
  • High quality and glossy surface finish.
  • Excellent mechanical resistance and rigidity.
  • It is grateful for an adherent to the hot bed.

Our integrated system certified to ISO 9001 and 14001 standards guarantees that our processes are aimed at achieving maximum product quality and minimum environmental impact.

We care about the planet and the health of its inhabitants; our products comply with the demanding REACH regulation, which guarantees the absence of extremely worrying substances, and we are committed to the circular economy with the reduction of packaging and the efforts of ECOEMBES for the correct recycling and reuse of the same.
