Our recycled filament is manufactured in Spain for 3D printers with FFF/FDM technology. This recycled filament for 3D printers is made from the leftover material generated from the production of other filaments.

PLA is a biodegradable plastic obtained from natural resources from starch extracted from corn, beets and wheat.
Winkle’s commitment to the environment has no limits. At Winkle, a company belonging to the Ecotisa Group, we believe in the circular economy. In the production of 3D filament, leftover material is created that we do not throw away, but rather recycle and create a new recycled HD PLA filament for 3D printers.
Giving waste a second life has always been a clear goal at Winkle and after many tests and work, new recycled 3D PLA filaments come to light. Therefore, this new collection is called RE because this commitment is based on “reduce, reuse, recycle”.

▶︎We reduce the amount of filament that is wasted, we reuse waste to create new products and we recycle the filament, the boxes where we send the filament and the coils where we wind it.
With Winkle we have managed to make a name for ourselves in the 3D printing market as filament manufacturers by working on our brand and for this reason, our latest innovation has been to launch recycled filament for 3D printers created by ourselves with the waste generated from the production of other filaments.

Printing parameters:

  • Head temperature: 190ºC – 230ºC.
  • Bed temperature: Not required (if applied between 50ºC and 70ºC).

Properties:

  • Easy printing.
  • No warping.
  • Suitable for contact with food.
  • High quality and gloss surface finish.
  • Excellent mechanical strength and rigidity.
  • Rapid crystallization.

New colors: light and dark recycled

The new light and dark filament colours are created from filament waste that is grouped by colour range. The colour is uniform and the tone is the result of mixing filaments of various colours, so the tone will never always be the same, it is an ideal resource for tests or models.
We give new life to the PLA filament that we have left over with the same Winkle quality as always, thus avoiding generating new plastic waste. The characteristics and quality of our new recycled PLA filaments are fully guaranteed.

Dark and light recycled PLA filament are the new colors now available on the web!
Features:

  • Random Color: The color that will arrive is different from the color that appears in the product photo, since the filament is made with leftover materials of a similar color range. The color will vary from the color in the photo.
  • Thanks to the quality of the manufacturing process, this PLA guarantees a constant diameter throughout the coil, something that will contribute to the quality of the prints, or to minimize printing problems.
  • Of course, thanks to the exhaustive quality control in the production of this material, the Winkle filament guarantees the absence of chemical impurities that influence the properties of the material.
  • Packaging: Winkle filaments come packaged in a sealed bag that isolates them from humidity and UV rays.

Flexible filament for 3D printers

Flexible filament, known as TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), is a 3D printing material that stands out for its elasticity and strength. It allows the creation of objects that can be bent, stretched and compressed without breaking, making it ideal for applications such as prototyping automotive parts, phone cases, shoes and toys. TPU is resistant to chemicals, […]
