Main features of Wood PLA

With a unique composition of PLA and a percentage of natural wood fibers, which gives this type of filament an increased stiffness compared to standard PLA. On the other hand, its final finish is very authentic with a rustic touch.

Winkle Wood filament is easy to print with, requiring no special settings on your printer other than the recommendation to use a 0.6 mm nozzle (minimum).

By using Wood filament, you get the look, feel and appearance of wood in the final piece.

• Shrinkage/deformation: Minimal.
• Soluble: No.

Storage of Wood filament:

Winkle recommends storing it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

It is also important to keep in mind that humidity can affect the print quality of the filament, so we recommend using it in an environment with low relative humidity.
