In addition, this filament has a maximum residual monomer of 0.3%, making it safe and reliable for use in 3D printers. It also has a maximum humidity of 400 ppm, measured with the Karl-Fisher Coulometric method, to avoid possible printing problems.
The melting temperature of PLA HD Winkle PLA filament in ash gray is 155°C, with a glass transition temperature of 55 - 60°C. This guarantees good interlayer adhesion and excellent tensile strength of 45 MPa.
