The ASA Winkle 1.75mm jet black filament is a high quality and resistant material, ideal for the manufacture of durable and resistant parts. Weighing 1kg and with a diameter of 1.75mm, this filament boasts a density of 1.07 g/cm3 and a 3.2mm shrinkage (flow) pattern (in %) of 0.4-0.7.

This ASA Winkle filament has a tensile strength of 480 kg/cm2, tensile elongation of over 6%, Izod impact strength of 18 kg-cm/cm at 23°C and Rockwell hardness (R Scale) adequate to ensure durability of printed parts.
In addition, it has a thermal deflection temperature of 86ºC, a VIC softening temperature of 95ºC and a class HB flammability, making it safe for use in various applications.
For best results when printing with ASA Winkle Jet Black ASA filament, it is recommended to use a nozzle temperature between 240ºC and 260ºC and a bed temperature between 70ºC and 100ºC.
