En Winkle controlamos todo el proceso de fabricación, desde el granulado del material hasta la bobina final.
Nuestro equipo de ingenieros, diseñadores y operarios especializados, trabaja con tecnología propia de extrusión para garantizar esa precisión y calidad que buscan nuestros clientes recurrentes.

Materiales seleccionados
Seleccionamos pellets de alta calidad para segurar una base estable y libre de impurezas.
Fusión controlada
El material se funde de forma homogénea en la extrusora para lograr una mezcla perfecta y consistente.
Enfriamiento
Después, el material se enfría progresivamente para mantener la forma y textura, evitando posibles deformaciones o tensiones internas.
Control de diámetro en tiempo real
Unos sensores verifican el diámetro del filamento en cada milímetro y ajustan automáticamente la línea si hay variaciones.
Bobinado final
El filamento se enrolla con tensión precisa para evitar enredos y garantizar una experiencia de impresión fluida.
Control final y trazabilidad
Cada lite se inspecciona, codifica y registra con su ficha técnica y curva de control
