Winkle Polypropylene Filament 1.75 mm

Polypropylene (PP): Lightweight, strong, and technically versatile.

Winkle's Polypropylene (PP) filament is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic material that stands out for its excellent combination of lightness, flexibility, and mechanical strength. Thanks to its hydrophobic, chemically resistant, and non-toxic properties, PP is an ideal solution for both industrial and domestic applications.

Its low density and high impact resistance make it perfect for parts subject to intensive use, allowing the manufacture of durable, flexible, and recyclable components that are even suitable for microwaves, freezers, and dishwashers.

Recommended printing parameters:

Nozzle temperature: 220–250 °C

Bed temperature: 85–100 °C

Print speed: 30 mm/s (first layer at 25 mm/s)

Closed box recommended

Use adhesive to improve adhesion to the heated bed
